Jordan Pickford - 10
Produced two of the best and most important saves Goodison Park has seen in years to keep Everton 1-0 up at a crucial point of the second half. The England No. 1 showed his huge class right when it was needed.
Seamus Coleman - 8
He was right up for the battle of this game. Playing as a third centre-back he produced a number of very important tackles especially in the first half and even went on a couple of lung-busting runs down the flank to set the tone for his teammates.
Yerry Mina - 8
It's clear when he's in the defence, he commands those around him so well and is a calming influence at the back. Everton have missed the unique qualities that he brings to the side with his reading of the game and his physicality.

Mason Holgate - 8
Made a few very good tackles and interceptions throughout the game as he was clearly told to keep to the basics for what was a crucial match. A few mistakes in terms of positioning aside, this was a solid display.
Vitalii Mykolenko - 8
Settled into this match just as you might have expected and carried on the strong form that he has been showing over recent weeks. He was solid defensively, worked as hard as anyone and is fully justifying his January move.
Fabian Delph - 8
Covered a lot of ground in the middle of the pitch and made some vital tackles and interceptions especially in the first half to make sure that Chelsea couldn't find a way through. Managed himself well when on a booking.
Abdoulaye Doucoure - 8
Similarly to his midfield partner he put in a lot of work in the centre, and justified his inclusion in the side from the start by doing so. He never let his levels drop and was still throwing himself into challenges in the last minutes.
Anthony Gordon - 8
Exemplary levels of dedication and commitment once again, he's the embodiment of everything Everton fans want to see in that sense. Unfortunately his final ball does let him down still, but he's proving to be such a crucial player for his side.
Alex Iwobi - 8
Lining up at right wing-back isn't his natural position and it did take away from the strong creative aspects he's shown in recent weeks. However, it's a testament to his desire that he still performed so well.
Demarai Gray - 8
Another who tried to cover every blade of grass for his side and his high press was pivotal in the build up to the goal. His defensive work in the second half was absolutely fantastic too, which made up for a few errors at the other end of the pitch.
Richarlison - 9
He chased down every single loose ball, threw his body on the line, and in the end had the coolest head in Goodison Park to slot home potentially one of the most important goals in Everton's season so far. A fantastic display from the Brazilian.
