Fresh from defeating Brentford 4-1 in the FA Cup, Frank Lampard now prepares for his first Premier League match as Everton manager with the Blues facing Newcastle United at St James' Park.
For prolonged periods so far this season, Everton teams have more or less picked themselves but new boss Lampard now finds himself in the enviable position of facing several selection posers with transfer deadline day signings Dele Alli and Donny van de Beek now available for their debuts and Dominic Calvert-Lewin also back training and in contention to play.
Who will he pick? Members of the ECHO sportsdesk have selected their teams.
Start with all three additions on the bench
Phil Kirkbride: Everton are broken and they do need fixing - that’s why Frank Lampard has been appointed.
But after a thumping win over Brentford, the new manager has no need to make changes.
One is forced upon him, as Ben Godfrey faces at least a month out with a hamstring injury, but other than that, the team doesn’t need tinkering with.
Lampard could stick with the 3-4-3 formation used at the weekend, bring Yerry Mina in from the start, and keep everything as was.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin is fit enough to be included in the squad and will be joined by January signings Dele Alli and Donny van de Beek.
But all three should start on the bench and be in reserve in case Everton need creativity and firepower later in the game.
My team (3-4-3) Pickford, Mina, Keane, Holgate, Coleman, Allan, Gomes, Mykolenko, Gordon, Richarlison, Gray.

Time to be bold in search of an away win
Chris Beesley: I think Frank Lampard has to be bold tonight so I have been too and that means an attack-minded line-up to try and secure Everton's first Premier League win on the road (or in the air given the team flew to the game) since Brighton in August as the new Blues boss attempts to follow his former Chelsea gaffer Carlo Ancelotti and secure three points in his first away game against Newcastle.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin returns to spearhead the attack and the front three from the weekend are all retained behind him although goalscoring substitute Andros Townsend might be pushing hard if there are heavy legs among any of them.
The best teams have the strength to rotate so Everton shouldn't shy away from making changes - especially with this game coming just three days after Brentford - and that means a bow for Dele Alli, starting deeper, at the expense of Andre Gomes, giving the Portuguese playmaker a breather despite an encouraging display.
I've reverted to a flat back four to enable an extra attack-minded player to come into the side while the quick turn around of fixtures also means 33-year-old captain Seamus Coleman drops to the bench to enable Nathan Patterson to make a long-awaited debut at right-back.
My team (4-2-3-1): Pickford; Patterson, Mykolenko, Keane, Mina; Allan, Alli; Gordon, Gray, Richarlison; Calvert-Lewin.
Gordon undroppable despite Calvert-Lewin temptation
Sam Carroll: They say you should never change a winning team.
And aside from the forced absence of Ben Godfrey - his replacement Yerry Mina scored against Brentford - Frank Lampard could well abide by the adage.
Anthony Gordon is undroppable despite the temptation to hand Dominic Calvert-Lewin an instant recall, while Allan and Andre Gomes were superb in the FA Cup victory.
For now, Calvert-Lewin and new signings Dele Alli and Donny van de Beek are forced into a watching brief, but Everton finally have real squad depth for the first time this season.
My team (3-4-3): Pickford; Holgate, Mina, Keane; Coleman, Allan, Gomes, Mykolenko; Gordon, Richarlison, Gray.
Hard to see who drops out between Gordon and Gray
Connor O'Neill: For the first time in a long time, an Everton manager has somewhat of a selection dilemma tonight.
Jordan Pickford will no doubt start in goal, but elsewhere at the back, Frank Lampard has some big decisions to make regarding not just personnel, but also formations.
For the win over Brentford, Everton operated in a 3-4-3 formation when in possession, and a 4-3-3 formation when out of it, with Vitalii Mykolenko dropping in on the left.
If Lampard opts to go with three at the back, then Yerry Mina looks a shoe in to come in for the injured Ben Godfrey and partner Michael Keane and Mason Holgate.
However, should the Blues boss opt to play four at the back, then Keane and Holgate could well be given the nod over the Colombian.
Vitalii Mykolenko and Seamus Coleman will no doubt start on the left and right respectively, with Allan and Andre Gomes keeping their places in the middle.
Out wide, it is hard to see how either Anthony Gordon or Demarai Gray could be dropped after their performances on Saturday.
But if Dominic Calvert-Lewin is fit enough to start, then Richarlison will need to fit into the startling line-up at the expense of either Gray or Gordon.
My team (3-4-3): Pickford; Mina, Keane, Holgate; Coleman, Allan, Gomes, Mykolenko; Gray, Calvert-Lewin, Richarlison.
