Dele Alli is closing in on an Everton exit less than seven months after signing for the club with Besiktas making a move for the attacking midfielder.
The 26-year-old penned a two-and-a-half year contract with the Blues on transfer deadline day back on January 31, the same day that Frank Lampard was appointed manager.
However, the ECHO understands that Everton are now prepared to let him go and he is set to depart Goodison Park, initially on a loan deal with a view to a permanent exit.

And because Dele has not yet played 20 games, the club would not have to pay the first £10million instalment to Spurs in what was a highly-structured deal - but the north London outfit would still receive a smaller amount.
Sources in Turkey claim that the England international has agreed an annual salary of €2.25million with Besiktas, who re-signed Cenk Tosun from Everton this summer after his contract expired, after receiving positive feedback from former team-mates about the club and life in Istanbul.
Dele has made 13 appearances for the Blues, 11 last season and two this term but other than a start in the 5-1 defeat at Arsenal after the visitors had secured their Premier League status, all have been off the bench.
