Pressure continues to mount on Everton boss Frank Lampard after the Toffees' 4-0 dismal 4-1 defeat to Brighton on Tuesday night.
The former England midfielder is now the long odds-on favourite to be the next Premier League manager sacked, with Sean Dyche, Wayne Rooney and Roberto Martinez among the names on the bookies' shortlist to replace him.
Roy Keane is way further down on the bookies' list and is 80/1 generally to be named the next boss at Goodison Park.

However, one Everton fan has made a case for Keane to be given the gig, posting on social media: "If Frank does go, I'd have this chap given a chance.
"He'd certainly give some of our players a few choice words about their performances and put a few of them in their places.
"He'd certainly expect Nil Satis Nisi Optimum from them 100% of the time from them..
"Feel free to agree or disagree with me."
And unsurprisingly many fans did disagree with the post, with one writing: "Good pundit very honest. Bad one to one manager is the issue."
Another commented: "Not a man manager. Rule by fear doesn't work in any establishment."
Someone else simply posted: "I’ve had too much internet today."
"Wouldn't want him anywhere near our club," read another comment.
