A group of volunteering Everton supporters have penned a heartfelt open letter to the club's majority shareholder Farhad Moshiri pleading for direct communication.
The letter comes just days after the Toffees slipped into the Premier League's bottom three following the humiliating 4-1 drubbing at home to Brighton on Tuesday.
During the game at Goodison Park, supporters expressed their anger at the direction the club appears to be heading in after years of off-field neglect has left Frank Lampard's team struggling.

NO TIME FOR SILENCE: Everton fans are right to demand answers from the top
As the Seagulls raced into a 3-1 lead shortly after the 54th minute, some supporters departed the ground, while others waited until the full-time whistle to blow before directing boos to the directors' box, where chairman Bill Kenwright was watching.
The Everton fans' forum letter directed at Mr Moshiri, read: "We're writing this open letter to ask you to listen to Evertonians and the concerns currently being expressed.
"The Everton Fan's Forum is a group of volunteers who give up our time to act as a conduit between Evertonians and Everton Football Club - representing a wide range of issues, views and perspectives.
"Some of these issues include concerns about the direction of the Club and also the gap in communications. The last number of days has seen some of these concerns escalate across many parts of the global Everton fanbase.
"Everton is a community and a way of life to Evertonians. It means everything to us.
"We therefore ask that you acknowledge the concerns that are being raised and that you take the earliest opportunity to speak with Evertonians directly."
The British-Iranian businessmen became the Blues' majority shareholder back in 2016 and despite beginning work for the club's new stadium, Mr Moshiri has led the club into financial uncertainty due to the reckless spending that has commenced in the years since.
Everton face Southampton in the Premier League next weekend in what is a must-win game for Lampard's men if they have any aspirations of retaining their proud top-flight status.
