Everton have reportedly written to the Premier League to complain about the standard of refereeing following a controversial decision in their defeat by Manchester City on Saturday.
The Toffees lost 1-0 at Goodison Park after Phil Foden scored a late winner for the defending champions.
But Frank Lampard ’s side felt they should have been given a route back into the game shortly after when the ball struck Man City midfielder Rodri’s arm inside the penalty area.
