A range of events have been organised in Falkirk to coincide with Mental Health Awareness Week.
The Braveheart Association, a health charity based within Falkirk Community Hospital launched their activities on Monday, May 9.
Locals were able to join by meeting up for a 'Coffee & Connect' between 10am and 12pm at Howgate Shopping Centre yesterday.
This was then followed up with a relaxed and enjoyable wellbeing walk between 2pm-3pm in the afternoon.
On Tuesday, May 10, there will be a 'Create & Craft' session from 10am and 12pm followed by 'Mindfulness' between 2pm and 3pm.
The next day is more physical with strength and balance exercises between 10am and noon and line dancing from 1.30pm to 3pm.
Thursday begins with chair exercise from 10am to 12pm and then a relaxing afternoon with another 'Create and Craft' session.
Finally, Friday will see 'Coffee & Connect' in the morning from 10am to noon followed by 'Fun Friday' from 1.30pm to 3pm.
Mental Health Awareness Week aims to raise awareness and challenge stigma and discrimination around mental health.
This year's theme for the week running between Monday, May 9 and Sunday, May 15 is loneliness.
