Eva Longoria, best known for playing Gaby Solis in Desperate Housewives, has a closet that would make her fictional counterpart proud.
The actress recently offered a tour of her new closet organization system courtesy of her friend (and professional organizer) Janie at Closet Theory – and while the space itself is fit for Hollywood, the tools she uses translate to homes far beyond LA.
Longoria took to TikTok to offer a tour of her dressing room, which features floor-to-ceiling mirrored walls and an island with ample space to help with outfit planning and accessorizing. Naturally, her pieces are enviable, but much of what keeps the space so organized is available on Amazon.
Firstly, Longoria shows robes, tee-shirts, and workout tops before leading to her workout sets that are bound together by an attachable hook (such as this one on Amazon). '[Jenie] uses this cool thing to hang my sets... Everything is color-coded, of course,' she notes.
@evalongoria Closet tour: organized edition 😂 Thank you Janie at Closet Theory! We’ll see how long I can keep it like this!

These metal extension hooks can be used to attach two hangers to one another, allowing the hangers to be placed vertically. It's perfect for compact spaces but also for keeping matching sets together, as in Longoria's case.
'Those are my night bags and bigger bags; then I have blazers, dresses, and dress shirts. It was her idea to put the hats on the wall, which I love,' Longoria says as she continues her tour. Our dressing rooms may not all have the space for a hat-filled accent wall, but we don't need to limit this look to our closet. Hat enthusiasts can create a similar look on a bedroom or entryway wall, and when done tastefully (such as with a key color scheme), it can make a unique and personal statement.
Next, Longoria shows off her shoe storage that's designed with the seasons in mind. Organizer Janie stored out-of-season shoes towards the top of the shelves, but Longoria suggests she will change the layout as the months progress.
How many white tennies can one person have? [Janie] put them on these cool things, you can get them on Amazon, the bottom [shoe] is underneath so you get more space.
The double-layer shoe rack design helps save 50 percent of our storage capacity. It's flexible enough to work with various types of shoes, whether we're pairing trainers like Longoria or higher, harder-to-store pieces.
Finally, Longoria shows off her labeled drawers that, though, despite looking perfectly tidy in the footage, may fall victim to disorganization in the future. 'She labels everything; it’ll never look like this again,' Longoria jokes. We can't speak for the actress' habits, but if any space has the potential to stay tidy, it's this one.
