Eurovision stars to take over BBC's The Weakest Link in celebrity special

The BBC will feature a The Weakest Link special with a lineup of Eurovision stars.

The celebrity competitors include a range of singers, presenters and familiar faces throughout the past few decades as they battle it out for a charity of their choice.

Former Eurovision performers Duncan James, Cheryl Baker, Sonia and Kate Robbins will appear alongside Scott Mills, Tia Kofi, Lauren Layfield, and Sarah Cawood.

The show sees BAFTA award-winning comedian Romesh Ranganathan host as the players work as a team to try to win up to £50,000 for their individually chosen charity.

The special will coincide with the recently announced Big Eurovision Party to kick off the new year celebrations. The spectacular will see Sam Ryder joined by some of music's biggest stars to put on an out-of-this-world New Year's Eve extravaganza.

The BBC will deliver the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest on behalf of Ukraine to a global audience of more than 160m as it takes place in May 2023 in host city Liverpool.

The Weakest Link Eurovision special will air on December 30.
