The Eurovision Song Contest has implemented new rules for its 2023 competition.
The contest will see a new voting system applied for Liverpool, putting the power directly into the hands of viewers. Historically, the acts moving on to the finals would be decided by a jury/public mix but the Reference Group has confirmed that will no longer be the case.
The jury's vote will now be removed entirely - the first time since 2009 - leaving the public to decide. The grand final system will remain the same, relying on a mixed score from the jury and televoters to crown a winner.
