Liverpool is going all out to celebrate the contest with the scale of events classed as "unprecedented." The EuroFestival kicks off with 24 unique commissions all across the city whereas unofficial fan zones including St George's Quarter and Concert Square plan to get in on the action too.
With so much going on, we've created a guide to all the key locations in the city and their accessibility information for those who may need additional support.

Eurovision at the M&S Arena
Accessible seats can be booked online. Free companion tickets are also available for eligible customers. Details of eligibility can be found. As with all arenas, there are a set amount of wheelchair-accessible tickets. All shows will be fully accessible.
If you want to claim a personal assistant ticket for an event that is already on sale, contact the M&S Arena on 0344 335 0437 or email accessibility@accliverpool.com. They will let you purchase a ticket and reserve an assistant ticket that will be subject to completion of Nimbus registration.

The National Lottery party
Access requirements must be registered with Ticket Quarter prior to the date of the event to be eligible for a free personal assistant ticket via Nimbus Disability. Nimbus is the leading provider of event accessibility schemes. You can register for Nimbus here.
Once registered with Nimbus please email Ticket Quarter here with your order number, full name of Access Card holder and Nimbus Registration number. They will then refund one ticket (£2).
Please note, ticket limits do apply and are subject to availability. There will be a viewing platform in operation throughout the event on a first come first serve basis.
An ‘Accessibility Guide’ will be available nearer the time. The show will also have a British sign language team. You can book a ticket online for yourself and your personal assistant here or over the phone on 0344 8000 410.
This will be a spectacular show for the whole family, however, this is an outdoor standing-only event. There will be no readmission permitted during the event. It may not be suitable for very young children.
Doors will open for pre-show entertainment at 5:30pm with the last entry at 7:30pm. The show will start at 8:00pm and will be finished by 10:00pm.

EuroClub - Camp and Furnace
For customers with additional needs who have purchased a full-price ticket to the event, Camp and Furnace can provide one ticket free of charge for a personal assistant or support worker to attend with you. Contact enquiries@campandfurnace.com to inform them you are bringing along a PA.
Wheelchair spaces are available at our events. Please email enquiries@campandfurnace.com ahead of the event.
Due to space limitations, only one companion is allowed into an accessible area and the venue cannot always guarantee seated options. Please make contact with us at the time of purchasing your ticket.
Assistance animals are welcome in all areas of the venue. Camp and Furnace may request proof that your dog is registered with an organization that is a member of Assistance Dogs UK.
There will be flashing lights throughout most performances, and strobe lighting/smoke/other effects may be used at times. Signage will be displayed within the entrance and around the venue advising of any “out of the ordinary” special effects and where possible, customers will be made aware of specifics in advance. If you have any concerns regarding the use of special effects, please get in touch.
EuroVillage
As a primarily standing event, there will be minimal seating on the event site. There are natural seating areas on the Pier Head. Seating of any type cannot be brought into the site.
Customers can bring a personal assistant following registration through nimbus disability. Nimbus are the leading provider of event accessibility schemes. Register for nimbus here.
Personal assistants must be registered with Ticket Quarter prior to the event as they will require a ticket to enter. Following registration, a ticket can be added to your order over the phone on 0344 335 0437. Please note, ticket limits do apply and are subject to availability.
A viewing platform will be on site. This is limited and will be made available to access customers on a first come first serve basis. There will be one carer allowed to access customers on the viewing platform. There will be seating available on the viewing platform for those with access requirements.
To ensure optimum security customers will not be able to leave and re-enter the event site on the Eurovision Grand Final.
There are public toilets located in Liverpool ONE visitor centre and toilets will be located in EuroVillage. The entrance on Water Street is wheelchair friendly.

EuroFestival
The EuroFestival programme of events are dotted all over the city in different venues and locations.

St George's Quarter
St George's Quarter, aka the culture quarter, houses multiple venues including St George's Hall, World Museum, Walker Art Gallery, Royal Court Liverpool, Liverpool Empire Theatre and the Liverpool Central Library.
Ramped access and customer lifts are available for wheelchair users at every venue. The World Museum and Walker Art Gallery offer wheelchairs to people who may need them or be without for their visit. If needed, please at the front desk. Seats and benches are available through both venues.
World Museum and Walker Art Gallery offer additional support for those with autism. You can read more about it here. Some videos and interactives throughout World Museum have subtitles or British Sign Language.
Assistance dogs are welcome though it is requested dog owners should bring their Assistance Dogs UK (ADUK), Assistance Dogs International (ADI) or the International Guide Dog Federation (IGDF) identification book, and animals should wear the appropriate tabards or harnesses.

Liverpool One
Customer toilets can be found next to the Information Centre on Wall Street and there is level access through automatic doors. There are male and female toilets with pictorial signage. All toilet facilities are staffed by male and female attendants.
There are disabled access facilities located within the customer toilets. The facility includes a height-adjustable adult-sized changing bench, a hoist system, space for the disabled person and up to two carers, a privacy curtain and a non-slip floor.

Seats and benches are available throughout Liverpool One.
Pride Quarter
Wheelchair users will struggle as the majority of venues use stairwells as entry points.
