The Eurovision Song Contest grand final is almost among us.
However, before that point, we will get to watch a handful of acts battle out in the second semi-finals. The contest consists of two semi-final events which will decide who makes it to the Grand Final.
The second semi-final will take place tonight (May 11). While the main attraction for these events is the competing acts representing their countries, there will be additional entertainment during the intervals.

Kate Phillips, BBC’s Director of Unscripted, says: “There won’t be a moment to miss during these very entertaining and very tense Semi-Finals. Good luck to all the countries involved as they compete for a place in what’s going to be an unforgettable Grand Final.”
These interval performances will be made up by some jaw-dropping performances including a former Eurovision winner from Ukraine.
Who will be performing in the first semi-finals intervals?
The second semi-final will see two live interval performances. The first will be a contemporary montage led by Mariya Yarmechuk, who represented Ukraine in Eurovision 2014.
The 'Music Unites Generations' performance will explore the connection between different generations of Ukrainians and their love for music. The piece will reach a climax with a collaborative performance from OTOY, Zlata Dziunka, and Mariya.
The intervals will also include a performance of 'Be Who You wanna Be' which celebrates diversity in Eurovision. The drag routine will feature of pop performances and a group of dancers.
