There was no winner of tonight's €40 million EuroMillions jackpot.
However, thousands of Irish punters have scooped prizes.
One lucky player matched five numbers to win €22,498.
57 players won €2,000 each in the EuroMillions Plus draw.
Meanwhile, the National Lottery has revealed the location of Wednesday night’s €1 million winning ticket.
The lucky player and Ireland’s newest millionaire, who won the Lotto Plus 1 draw, purchased their ticket online in County Dublin.
The ticket holder scooped the top prize amount after purchasing their ticket online at www.lottery.ie and the National Lottery has confirmed that a notification to the user’s online account and a separate email has now been sent to the lucky Dublin ticket holder.
The online winner is advised to make contact with the prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie and arrangements will be made for them to claim their prize.
The winning numbers in last night’s Lotto Plus 1 draw were:
03, 14, 16, 27, 36, 41 and the bonus was 42.
And the winning didn’t stop there as Lotto players in Cork are also being urged to check their tickets carefully after a Rebel county player matched five numbers and the bonus to win €102,570 in the Wednesday night’s draw.
The Cork player scooped the Match 5+Bonus prize after purchasing their winning ticket at the Spar store at Firgrove service station in Bishopstown, Co. Cork on the day of the draw.
