A EuroMillions player in Ireland won a life-changing €349,382 in Friday night’s draw.
The punter was just one number off winning the jackpot of €30,386,297 after they matched all five numbers plus one lucky star.
The National Lottery have confirmed the winning Quick Pick ticket was bought at the Circle K on the Dublin Road in Athy, Co Kildare.
The numbers drawn for Friday night’s draw were: 25, 38, 41, 43, 50 and lucky stars 06, 10.
A National Lottery spokesperson said: “A EuroMillions player in Kildare certainly got their weekend started in style with a win of €349,382. The Athy winner matched five numbers and one lucky star to scoop their incredible Friday night prize.
“We are now appealing to players who may have purchased their tickets in the Athy area to carefully check their tickets as one lucky player has a ticket worth €349,382.
“The winner is advised to sign the back of their ticket and keep it safe. They should contact our prize claims team who will make arrangements for them to claim their prize.”

Meanwhile there are just hours to go until Saturday’s guaranteed-to-be-won €1 million Lotto Plus Raffle.
It’s after the National Lottery added the additional €1 million to the Lotto Plus Raffle prize fund for Saturday night’s draw.
The Lotto Plus Raffle typically sees between 80 and 120 winners of €500 in every draw but for tonight’s draw, players are set for a boost in their winnings.
By topping up the raffle prize fund by €1 million, the National Lottery predicts that each winner of tonight’s Lotto Plus Raffle draw will receive between €8,000 - €12,500.
The National Lottery have appealed to Lotto players to purchase their tickets early ahead of tonight’s draw. Tickets can be purchased in-store, through the National Lottery app or website ahead of the 7.45pm cut-off time for sales.
