A EuroMillions player who purchased a winning ticket at a shopping centre in Tallaght has been warned that they have mere hours left to claim their half a million euro prize.
In a final appeal, the National Lottery has encouraged EuroMillions players in the Tallaght area to check old tickets as the deadline of close of business today, Wednesday May 24, looms.
The winning ticket was sold at Dunnes Stores in Kilnamanagh Shopping Centre, Tallaght, Co Dublin on Thursday February 23 and the draw took place the next day, Friday February 24.

The top EuroMillions Plus prize of €500,000 remains unclaimed and the deadline for the winner to claim their half a million winnings is just hours away.
Winners of EuroMillions prizes have 90 days from the date of the draw to claim their money so it is worth taking another glance at old tickets before this evening's deadline.
Should the winner find their ticket this afternoon, they have been reminded to sign the back of the ticket and immediately make contact with the National Lottery prize claims team over the phone on 1800 666 222 or via email at claims@lottery.ie to arrange for the prize to be handed over.
"We are desperately appealing to anybody who may have purchased a EuroMillions ticket in Kilnamanagh shopping centre in the past couple of months to check their tickets immediately," a National Lottery spokesperson previously told The Irish Mirror.
"There is a cheque waiting for this player and it is worth an astonishing €500,000. If you are the winner, please be sure to sign the back of your winning ticket and immediately contact our prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie and we will make arrangements for you to claim your prize."
