ET Alpha Wealth Summit: Market titans decode AI, wealth creation & India’s next investment cycle

As markets turn more volatile and easy gains become harder to find, investors are being forced to rethink where the next decade of wealth creation will truly come from.

The inaugural of ET Alpha Wealth Summit hosted by The Economic Times on June 4 in Mumbai will bring together some of India’s sharpest investing minds to decode the future of alpha, long-term compounding, and how AI is reshaping businesses, markets, and investing.

From identifying hidden pockets of outperformance to understanding how to build a Rs 100 crore portfolio in a lower-return environment, the discussions will offer actionable insights for serious investors.

At the summit, seasoned market expert Vikas Khemani will take centre stage with a session on hunting alphas in the market. Khemani will decode where genuine outperformance still exists and how investors can identify hidden pockets of opportunity.

The session will offer valuable insights into navigating a tougher investing environment, avoiding consensus traps, and building an edge in a world where alpha is becoming increasingly scarce.

In a special masterclass, Radhika Gupta of Edelweiss Mutual Fund will lead a session on “How to Build a Rs 100 Cr Portfolio in a 10–12% World.” Gupta will break down what it realistically takes to create long-term wealth in a lower-return environment.

From smarter asset allocation and disciplined risk management to avoiding overcrowded trades that erode returns, the session aims to offer investors a practical blueprint for compounding wealth sustainably over the long run.

Among the most anticipated sessions will feature Vikas Khemani and Saurabh Mukherjea in a high-stakes debate on “Amritkaal or AI-kaal? India’s Next Decade.” The two market veterans will go head-to-head on one of India’s biggest questions, whether the country is entering a prolonged phase of compounding economic growth or heading toward a disruptive AI-led transformation that could reshape jobs, industries, and markets.

The session promises investors a sharp perspective on where India’s biggest opportunities and risks lie, and how portfolios should be positioned for the decade ahead. Click here to register.
