Dutch investors have resumed talks with the owners of Morton over a rescue plan for the cash-strapped club.

Facing a financial black hole of £335,000 after sponsors Dalrada failed to make scheduled payments, current projections suggest that the struggling Championship outfit could run out of money before the end of the year.
