Arsenal, like the rest of world football - not least England fans right now - will have been salivating at Jude Bellingham's dominating performance against Iran.
The 19-year-old midfield starlet controlled Gareth Southgate's side throughout their 6-2 victory in the World Cup and scored the opening goal as well with a brilliant looping header. Although Bellingham has shown the world what he can do already, impressing for Borussia Dortmund in Germany and Europe as well as standout performances for his country earlier this year, his take to the highest stage was remarkable.
There is perhaps no wonder that so many clubs want to sign him in 2023, and Arsenal's position at the top of the Premier League has strengthened their own desires to make a move.
