Erik ten Hag has sent a warning to the Manchester United squad after being announced as the club's next manager.

Ten Hag was announced officially by United on Thursday after weeks of speculation. The Dutchman has signed a contract until 2025 and there is an option to extend that by a further year.

He will remain at Ajax until the end of the season as they battle for the Eredivisie title. However, Ten Hag sat down with Dutch newspaper Trouw to discuss his new job.
