Erik ten Hag has refused to rule out a move for Neymar after Manchester United were linked with a sensational summer deal for the Paris Saint-Germain forward.
The Brazil international, 31, has once again been tipped to quit the Parc des Princes in the upcoming transfer window - and the Premier League has been touted as his most likely destination.
Only a handful of club's, including United, would be able to afford Neymar's significant salary demands if PSG do decide to try and cash in on the veteran at the end of the current campaign. And according to some reports in France, talks have already begun over a potential deal.
L'Equipe claim that a number of English clubs have registered an interest in Neymar, but Manchester United are the side who have made the most progress in terms of striking an agreement - and Ten Hag failed to shut down such speculation during a press conference on Wednesday.
Neymar's current contract runs until the summer of 2027, but it is believed that PSG would be willing to facilitate an exit. The forward was recently the subject of a protest from fans, who made their feelings clear outside his home.
Despite his issues with the PSG fanbase, Neymar is still likely to attract significant interest this summer from high-profile suitors. The former Barcelona star had been touted as a potential target for United earlier this week - but only if Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani is successful in acquiring the club from the Glazer family.
While Neymar's arrival would be regarded as a coup for the Premier League, not everybody is on board with the idea of Manchester United signing the 124-cap star.

And United favourite Louis Saha, who spent four years at the club during his player career, is adamant that targeting the PSG star would represent a backward step for his old club, who have made significant progress since Ten Hag stepped into the Old Trafford hotseat.
"It would be great for the Premier League to have Neymar playing in England because he's such a terrific player," Saha told Betfred. "He's very entertaining to watch but I can understand the question marks that can come from having a player like Neymar at your club.
"I'm just a big fan of the player on the pitch but I don't believe he's lived up to expectations in his last three or four seasons with PSG. I wouldn't want to see him in a Manchester United shirt considering the exaggerated media attention a superstar like him would attract.
"The team structure is so important and still fragile at times. But I certainly believe he'd be a great addition to the Premier League."
