Manchester United supporters may have been left rubbing their eyes after watching their team thrash Liverpool in pre-season, but manager Erik ten Hag found a few areas where improvement is still needed.
A 4-0 victory over Jurgen Klopp's side might have been beyond even the wildest dreams of fans, but that's what happened during the showpiece friendly in Thailand. Four different players were on target for the Red Devils - Jadon Sancho, Fred, Anthony Martial and potential summer departure Facundo Pellistri - and Ten Hag was impressed with his team's attacking fluidity.
With less than a month to go until the start of the season, there were plenty of positives for the former Ajax boss, who was taking charge of his first friendly for his new club. However, ever the perfectionist, he wants more from his charges - highlighting "some mistakes in the press" as they adjust to his new system.
"I am satisfied today," Ten Hag told MUTV after the victory. "It was a team with a great sprit and we know we are just getting started.
"We made some mistakes in the press, we conceded some chances, but we created a lot. We have to work hard to cut out the mistakes but of course we are happy.
"I know we have good players. We have started to build a team and I am happy with the first game."

Liverpool named a bigger touring squad than United, with 37 players included, and Reds boss Klopp made plenty of changes during the game. Several tweaks were made half an hour in, while the likes of Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk only entered around the hour mark with United three goals to the good.
"It will take a lot of time," Ten Hag continued. "I have seen a lot of mistakes. Liverpool played three teams, they were not at their strongest. We will not overestimate this result.
"But still, I have seen some really good things. A lot of speed and creativity up front."
The victory included a debut for Tyrell Malacia, who joined United from Feyenoord to become Ten Hag's first signing, while Liverpool gave minutes to new arrivals Darwin Nunez and Fabio Carvalho.
United are still expected to make further additions to their squad after losing several first teamers over the summer. Paul Pogba and Nemanja Matic have both moved to Serie A, joining Juventus and Roma respectively, while the likes of Jesse Lingard and Juan Mata have also left the club.
One of the main targets remains Frenkie de Jong, with a fee agreed for the Barcelona midfielder. Man Utd chiefs Richard Arnold and John Murtaugh have travelled to Catalunya in an effort to finalise the deal for the former Ajax man, who starred under Ten Hag in Amsterdam.
