Erik ten Hag has admitted that Avram Glazer appears to be committed to the club after the Manchester United co-owner joined the celebrations following Sunday's Carabao Cup win amid speculation that the club's unpopular owners are reluctant to sell up.
Avram and his family purchased the Premier League giants back in 2005 but outlined their desire to sell the club back in November. Interested parties, including lifelong Manchester United and INEOS chief Sir Jim Ratcliffe and a group of Qatari investors, have now lodged bids for the club, however, it is believed nobody has come close to meeting the Glazers' astronomical £5billion asking price.
And the presence of Avram at Wembley has sparked fresh concerns that the Glazer family could decide to stick around after all - particularly as the club are on the up again under the guidance of Ten Hag.
The Dutchman has made a huge impact at Old Trafford and inspired the club to their first major trophy in six years at Newcastle's expense on Sunday.
And speaking after the match, Ten Hag touched on Avram's presence - where he admitted that the American seemed to be "committed" to the club after travelling to Wembley. Ten Hag said: "He [Avram Glazer] was really happy for the club, as our owner. He wanted to be part of it. He was in the dressing room, good he was here, showed his intentions.
"I don't know, I'm not involved in that process, but the way he is here you feel he is committed. But the process, what he wants, that is not for me. I lead this team, others are involved in decisions about ownership."
Ten Hag's comments come in the wake of speculation that co-owners Avram and Joel are reluctant to sell the club - even though other members of the Glazer family want to go.

The Athletic claim that Avram also still feels "emotionally invested" in United despite the face that they are wildly unpopular with the club's fanbase, who staged several protests against the Glazer family in recent years.
It has also been reported that nobody has so far come close to meeting the huge £5bn price tag that the Glazers have slapped on the club. It remains to be seen if any of the bidders who have expressed an interest in purchasing United would be willing to budge on their current proposals.
As well as interest from Ratcliffe and a Qatari group led by Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani, US hedge fund Elliott Management are also in the frame.
A new report has claimed that they would be willing to fund a £2billion redevelopment of Old Trafford and are open to allowing the Glazers to remain in control of United - a proposal that is likely to significantly appeal to those members of the family who do retain a desire to stay at the club.
