Anthony Martial is back in training and in contention to make his Manchester United return against Liverpool on Monday night.
Erik ten Hag's side return to action against their most fierce rivals next week as they go in search of their first points of the new Premier League campaign.
United lost 2-1 against Brighton on the opening weekend of the season before they were thrashed 4-0 by Brentford last weekend. Their only goal of the campaign came courtesy of an own goal in the first match.

They will need to be at their best if they are to have any chance of avoiding defeat to Liverpool at Old Trafford, and ahead of the match they have been given a boost.
Martial is back in training ahead of the fixture and could make his first competitive appearance of the new season after he suffered an injury in the penultimate pre-season outing against Atletico Madrid in Oslo.
However, it is not good news for defender Victor Lindelof, who is set to miss the match on Monday following his own recent injury setback.
"Victor has not returned to the training pitch, but the good news is that Anthony Martial is back in training with the team," he told MUTV on Friday.
The Manchester Evening News revealed earlier in the week that Ten Hag is considering dropping club captain Harry Maguire for the clash with Raphael Varane expected to partner summer signing Lisandro Martinez in defence.
