Erik ten Hag has described Antony's injury as "serious" but will need to wait 24 hours before discovering the extent of the complaint.
The Brazil international, 23, was forced out of Manchester United's 4-1 victory against Chelsea at Old Trafford on Thursday night after a robust but fair challenge from Trevoh Chalobah. Antony is now a doubt for the FA Cup final against Manchester City on June 3.
Ten Hag refused to draw any conclusions about Antony's injury but is clearly worried it could be a bad one. The good news for United is that win against Chelsea has confirmed their place in next season's Champions League, with Liverpool missing out.
Ten Hag was asked about Antony in a press conference. He replied: "Everyone has seen him come off, but I don't know how he is. I can tell you that it’s serious, but we have to wait a minimum of 24 hours and then we'll know more about the status of his injury."
Luke Shaw is also an injury doubt for the FA Cup final after he did not appear for the second half after picking up a back complaint. Ten Hag did not provide an update on Shaw.
Despite Thursday night's win, Ten Hag has told his players he wants more from them. United's emphatic win took them up to third, but Ten Hag said he is not satisfied and challenged his players to close the gap on champions Man City next season.

As for Chelsea, Thursday night's result leaves them 12th in the Premier League. They could finish as low as 14th this season if they lose at home to Newcastle on the final day and Wolves and Bournemouth beat Arsenal and Everton respectively.
Interim boss Lampard, who has lost eight of his 10 games in charge, said: "It's a bad year for the club. The important thing is you get to the bottom of how it improves."
