  • Eric Dane ’s posthumous memoir, Book of Days: A Memoir in Moments , offers an inside look at his life and career following his death in February 2026 at the age of 53.
  • In an excerpt from the book, the late actor revealed he was written out of Grey’s Anatomy because he had become too expensive for the production, alongside his struggles with addiction.
