Wealth management group Evelyn Partners has announced that Callan Anderson, the founder and owner of financial planning firm Equilibrium Financial Consultancy, will be joining its Glasgow office.
Callan, who has run Glasgow-based Equilibrium for the past 18 years and is a Chartered financial planner, joins as part of Evelyn's succession programme.
The scheme gives financial advisers approaching retirement an opportunity to migrate their clients to a long-term home.

Evelyn Partners’ team in Scotland was recently boosted by 10 joiners in Edinburgh from firms Capital Risk Management and MP2 Financial, under the succession scheme.
The wealth management and professional services group created from the merger of Tilney and Smith & Williamson has roots in Scotland dating back to the foundation of Smith & Williamson in Glasgow in 1881. Today, it operates from offices in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen.
With £55.8bn of assets under management at the end of March, it ranks as the second largest UK wealth manager measured by earnings and the sixth largest professional services firm ranked by fee income.
