Jeffrey Epstein aided a Dubai businessman in lobbying Peter Mandelson to support a £1.8bn port on the River Thames, documents in the latest US Department of Justice release suggest.
The disgraced financier helped Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, the chairman of UAE port operator DP World, get government loan guarantees and investment for the project, emails released in the Epstein files show.
