Jeffrey Epstein's longtime assistant told Congress recently that she had never met any of the girls he victimized. This week, some of those girls disputed that testimony.
CNN interviewed several Epstein survivors and asked for their thoughts o the testimony of Lesley Groff, who worked for Epstein from 2001 to July 2019, when he was indicted on sex trafficking charges. Epstein's primary accomplice and former girlfriend, Ghislaine Maxwell, was convicted of sex trafficking and is serving a 20-year-sentence. Epstein killed himself in jail in July 2019 while still being held on the charges.
