ENTOD Pharmaceuticals secures patent for its insulin eye drop

New Delhi: ENTOD Pharmaceuticals has announced the patent approval for its topical insulin eye drops, describing it as a step towards advancing indigenous pharmaceutical research and innovation in ophthalmology.

Currently at the pre-clinical stage of development, the patented insulin eye drops are being investigated as a potential novel therapeutic approach to address unmet needs in ophthalmic care, the Mumbai-based company said.
