An "entitled drunk woman" stole the seats from a family gathering for a funeral in a West Country pub. But moments after the incident, they were able to get sweet revenge.
Taking to Reddit, the man explained that his family, who were mainly from Ireland, had travelled to south coast for a funeral and were being seated by a waitress when two "middle-aged women barged through the group" and took their spaces.
He wrote: "The waitress explained that she was in the process of seating our party at these seats. The woman said loudly how they had been waiting for these seats and they were here longer.

"Bit weird but no one is willing to cause an issue over this, so we tell the women they are more than welcome to sit down and that all we wanted was enough seating for our elderly relatives which we now had."
Some of the family members were left standing, but they tried to carry on with their gathering.
"Then the drunker of the two women starts asking what brings us to town and makes some comment about us Irish lads always being on the session (drinking) and that we were probably here for a good time and happy to have two beautiful women sitting with them," he wrote. "My brother corrects her and says we are a family and actually here for a funeral, bearing in mind that half of us are wearing black suits with black ties."
The other woman reportedly starts looking around sees the suits and turns "red" urging 'her friend to leave' as the penny drops.
"The drunk woman then loudly proclaims that we couldn't be here for a funeral as she knew every Irish person in the town and there had been no deaths," he wrote. "My brother then politely informs her that the deceased was an elderly Nun from the convent overlooking the town and was probably not overly well known in the town.
"If you could have seen the shades of red this women's friend turned before apologizing and dragging her friend away. It was brilliant. We could then enjoy a nice drink together as a family."
Lots of people replied to the post saying they loved the ending.
