The England team’s wives and girlfriends are splashing out more than £100,000 on a private jet to take them to the World Cup.
The players will pay for the flight to Qatar that will land at Hamad International Airport in the capital, Doha.
It is understood the decision was made due to the number of Wags making the trip. Many will be travelling with children, some with nannies.
Harry Kane’s wife Katie Goodland has already been out to Qatar on a “reconnaissance” mission. She is likely to take their two young children.
And Harry Maguire’s two daughters are set to fly out with his wife Fern Hawkins and their nanny.
An England source said: “They are looking at the private jet option as it is the easiest way of doing it.
“It will cost more than £100,000 because of the size of the group.”
The majority of the Wags have decided to go on the “official” FA trip and will likely stay on a cruise liner.
While the footballers’ wives and girlfriends soak up the sun in the Middle East, one foreign Wag will be enjoying the wet weather back in Blighty.
