Jordan Pickford - 7
A bystander for almost the entire game. Takes two cleansheets from the group stages and looks extremely comfortable and settled with his current backline.
Kyle Walker - 6
Considering it was his first game in eight months it's understandable for looking short of match sharpness. His movement with Foden didn't quite add up for the most part. Good to get minutes under the belt ahead of the knockout stages and could yet play a key role as the tournament goes on.
John Stones - 8
Confident and composed on the ball. Dealt with Kieffer Moore well, even if the striker didn't get involved too much. Two clean sheets in two for the Manchester City man, a good day at the office.
Really should have made in 4-0 in the last minute but leant back too much and blazed an easy shot over the bar.

Harry Maguire - 8
Another good performance from the back, looks at home with Stones and Rice around him in defence. Always the target for crosses but unable to create anything. Dictated the tempo from defence and kept up his impressive showings for the Three Lions.
Luke Shaw - 6
Threatening from some crosses but didn't link-up too much with Rashford on the right. Seemed to miss a more progressive midfielder on his side.
Declan Rice - 7
Strong in front of the defence once more, marshalled those around him but could have offered more runs in possession to break the line. Rested for most of the second half after controlling the game for an hour. Will be key for the knockout stages.
Jude Bellingham - 8
Brilliant on the ball again for England. His driving runs and ball-carrying were part of the few moments of creativity from deep. His flick and interplay with Foden in the first half deserved more.
Wasn't as effective in the second half but still saw out a second cleansheet in a row and showed his adaptability to play the moment well. Should have had a goal but fired too close to Ward.
Jordan Henderson - 6
Struggled to offer much on the ball other than control in a midfield three. Some of his passing was wayward and too safe given the foundation behind him.
Much more relaxed in the second half and was an evident leader of the group as the game went on, took over captaincy when Kane went off. Helped see the match out.
Phil Foden - 8
Much more lively coming in from the left in the second half and showed great positioning to get into the box for his goal. Can claim an assist for Rashford's goal too after a brilliant piece of dribbling to draw a foul on the edge of the box.
Could have had a second but couldn't find a way to get his rebound after Bellingham's shot onto the target.
Harry Kane - 8
Another game without a goal but creative Kane with another assist. He led the way with some nice short passing and spotted Foden for the second goal without looking up in true striker style. His interchange with Rashford - who ran in behind constantly - was very promising.
Marcus Rashford - 9
Lively for England on his first start of the tournament. His brilliant free-kick opened the scoring but outside of that he was a thorn in Wales' defence. Could have had a goal early on but was denied by a good stop from Danny Ward.
Showed his confidence with the second goal, playing from the right and moving inside onto his weaker foot for the shot, got some help from Ward but deserved the goal regardless.
Proved his point and made a true statement for why he should play in the last-16.
