Mary Earps - The Manchester United shot-stopper could have done better on Sophia Smith’s goal but got down well in other instances to make smart saves. She did not, however, always distribute the ball optimally. 6.
Lucy Bronze - A decisive performance from the Barcelona full-back, supporting the attack powerfully and winning a first-half penalty too. 9.
Rachel Daly - Almost conceded a penalty in the first half after some clumsy defending on Smith. She suffered a bad foul from Trinity Rodman, who she struggled to defend against. 6.
Alex Greenwood - She distributed the ball well from her position as the left-sided centre-back in the absence of inspirational captain Leah Williamson. 7.

Millie Bright - The Chelsea stopper was guilty of playing a silly pass into Georgia Stanway ahead of Smith’s equaliser and earned a booking for a foul on the same player. She did make some good blocks. 7.
Keira Walsh - The Barcelona midfielder was imperious in her usage of the ball, always seeking to break lines and get England moving forward. 7.
Georgia Stanway - Coolly dispatched her penalty and made some important forays forward to link together the midfield and attack but was caught in possession for the USWNT equaliser in the first half. 9.
Fran Kirby - The Chelsea attacker still looks somewhat of an awkward fit for Wiegman’s England and did not create much danger on the night. 6.
Chloe Kelly - A quiet evening for the striker who only had one real shot at goal from distance. 6.
Beth Mead - The Arsenal forward put in a delightful cross for the first England goal and was a consistent and lively presence down the right side all night. 7.
Lauren Hemp - Leading the line, the Manchester City forward will be pleased to have opened the scoring with a poacher’s finish and did well to set up a second-half chance for Bronze. 8.

Alyssa Naeher - The Chicago Red Stars veteran might feel she could have done better with the opener. 6.
Sofia Huerta - The OL Reign right-back was a marauding presence down the right side supporting the USWNT attack. 6.
Naomi Girma - Looks like an exciting prospect in the USWNT defence. She showed a commanding pace on the turn and performed well in her one on ones. 6.
Alana Cook - The centre-back was caught badly for the first England goal, sliding into her own area and teeing up the ball for Lauren Hemp. 5.
Emily Fox - The Racing Louisville left-back was forced off early following what appeared to be a painful-looking facial injury and was replaced by Hailie Mace. 6.
Andi Sullivan - It was a quiet evening for the Washington Spirit midfielder on the occasion of her 34th cap. Replaced during the second half. 6.
Lindsey Horan - As usual, the 119-cap mainstay was a vital physical presence in the USWNT midfield, setting up the equaliser with powerful, persistent pressing. 7.
Rose Lavelle - Picked out some decent passes going forward and grew into the game later on but was culpable of giving the ball away uncharacteristically. 6.
Trinity Rodman - Always a willing runner, the Washington Spirit attacker will feel robbed that her goal was rubbed off due to an offside in the build-up. 6.
Sophia Smith - A terrific all-round performance from the Portland Thorns striker, who scored the USWNT equaliser in the first half and ran the channels intelligently. Always a menace. 9.
Megan Rapinoe - The 195-cap legend was unlucky to see her backheel assist rendered void after a narrow offside, but her set-piece delivery was off. 5.

Hailie Mace - It was somewhat of a baptism of fire for Mace, giving away a penalty kick almost as soon as she came on. 5.
Crystal Dunn - It was incredible just to see her back in action so soon after giving birth in May. 6.
Sam Coffey - A second cap for the 23-year-old midfielder but she did not make a huge impression here. 6.
Becky Sauerbrunn - Slotted into defence after being surprisingly left out of the starting XI. Not on long enough to rate.
Ashley Sanchez - Not on long enough to rate.
Alyssa Thompson - Remember the name - the 17-year-old is destined for stardom. Not on long enough to rate here.
