Their win sparked a wave of celebrations up and down the country, with the squad taking to Trafalgar Square the day after the final for a trophy parade.
Those celebrations have continued for six days after they lifted the trophy at Wembley. Players from the squad have been invited to grounds across the country for fans to hail them for their efforts for the national team.
