Harry Kane marked his 100th England cap with two goals as interim boss Lee Carsley continued his 100 per cent start to life in the dugout with a 2-0 triumph over Finland.

Kane, who was presented with a golden cap by Ashley Cole and Frank Lampard ahead of kick-off, scored twice after the break to take his international tally to 68.
