NEW DELHI: Young England leg-spinner Rehan Ahmed will be departing from the ongoing five-Test series against India to attend to urgent family matters back home, marking an unexpected turn for the 19-year-old.

Ahmed, who made a notable impact with 11 wickets at an average of 44 in the first three Tests, including a remarkable six-wicket haul in the second match in Visakhapatnam, will be sorely missed by the English squad.
