Leah Williamson reveals medical condition sparked fears of missing games at Euros

England captain Leah Williamson has revealed she suffers from endometriosis and feared missing games during their Euro 2022-winning campaign due to the condition.

Endometriosis occurs when tissue similar to the womb lining grows in other places, usually within the pelvic cavity.
