England successfully defended their European Championship title against the odds with a 3–1 penalty shootout victory over Spain on Sunday.

After a 1–1 draw in normal time, Chloe Kelly thundered in the decisive effort from 12 yards to end a nerve-shredding series of spot-kicks and sink tournament favourites Spain.
