NEW DELHI: England batter Harry Brook, who was acquired by Delhi Capitals for Rs 4 crore, has decided to withdraw from the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 due to personal reasons. Brook, who was signed by Capitals in the auction last year, had also withdrawn from the five-match Test tour of India.
In an Instagram post, Brook announced his decision, citing the loss of his grandmother last month, who had been his "rock."
