Energy Secretary 'likely to reject Rosebank as oil will be exported', reports say

THE Energy Secretary is likely to refuse consent for the Rosebank oil field, reports say.

It comes after the UK Government approved the smaller Jackdaw gas field on Wednesday, saying at the same time that a new “Energy Wealth Fund” would be set up with an initial payment of £2 billion.
