Encore Personnel acquired by Italy-based Gi Group

ENCORE Leicester Birmingham Midlands United Kingdom

A Midlands-based recruitment agency with more than 200 staff has been bought by one of the world’s biggest multinational staffing companies.

Encore Personnel, which was set up in Leicester in 2002, has been acquired by Italy-based Gi Group Holding.

Headquartered in Milan, and with more than 6,000 people, Gi Group is active in more than 100 countries. It said the latest deal will help consolidate its position in the UK market.
