A wellbeing event is coming to Wirral next month incorporating meditation, music, storytelling and songs.
Wirral Wildlings is bringing its first adult wellbeing session to Claremont Farm’s woodland.
Guests will sit around a fire pit and “connect with the elements” through journeying meditations, music and song, ecstatic movement, energy breathwork and folklore storytelling.

The session will be taken by local yoga guide Pippa Buist and will require people to “open your heart to nature with the magical medicine of cacao”.
As the two and a half hour session is outdoors, warm and comfortable clothing is advised and you’re also encouraged to bring a waterproof and a bottle of water.
Wirral Wildlings run forest and beach school sessions for tots, babies and families, and social and learning sessions for alternative education families.
The company also offers holiday clubs, woodland wellbeing sessions and other outdoor events, plus it has an outdoor kindergarten.
Wirral Wildlings’ Enchanted Forest wellbeing event is for adults only and takes place on March 5 from 7pm to 9.30pm.
Tickets cost £30 which you can buy here.
Claremont Farm is at Old Clatterbridge Road, Bebington, Birkenhead, Wirral, CH63 4JB.
