Employees were not sacked in revenge against union, Rockstar chief claims

ROCKSTAR Games’ global head of human resources has denied that employees were dismissed in an act of “revenge” against a union.

Giving evidence at an employment tribunal in Glasgow, Robert Spampinato said the suggestion was “preposterous”, arguing that those who were dismissed had made “disparaging” comments which breached company policy.
