A Reddit post has gone viral after a manager advised an employee to extend his break by another day following a 10-day vacation instead of returning to work immediately. The post, shared by a user who had just come back from leave, included a screenshot of a WhatsApp conversation with his boss.

In the chat, the employee informed his manager that he would be resuming work the following day after his vacation.

Manager’s Supportive Reply

The manager responded in a relaxed and considerate manner, saying: “Sounds good, take tomorrow off as well and get yourself settled. You can pick things up from Wednesday.”
