Nicola Peltz has fuelled rumours she's feuding with her mother-in-law Victoria Beckham after sharing a cryptic post.
The 27-year-old married Posh Spice's eldest son, Brooklyn, in April at her family's mansion in Florida.
Rumours started swirling recently the 48-year-old fashion designer and Nicola don't get along, and the latter's recent crying post about how her "heart is hurt" further adding to the speculation.
And now, a day after sharing the vulnerable post, she took to her Instagram page to thank her father Nelson and her followers for their support.
On her Stories on Saturday, the star posted a snap of her hugging her father along with the caption: "Thank you for always having my back I love you so much dad."
She also took to her grid to share a selfie from a car.
"thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your messages ~ it means so much to me," Nicola wrote.
"Sending you all my love and light your way. kindness is such a powerful thing."
Earlier this weekend, Nicola shared a long caption where she talked about her family and how they had told her to not let people bring her down.
She posted two photos where it was visible she had been crying due to her red puffy eyes.
In the caption, she explained how she found it hard to 'show the sad bits of me' and how her upbringing helped her not let 'people bring me down or hurt my heart'.
Mirror have contacted Nicola's representatives for comment.
Prior to Nicola sharing the cryptic post about 'putting a wall up to protect herself', it was claimed she and Victoria don't get along.
The Beckhams part-hosted the Bates Motel and Brooklyn's £5 million wedding but were reportedly not invited to sit at the top table along with their brood.

Instead, Nicola's billionaire father and her fashion model mother took their place.
Nicola and Victoria also don't interact with each other on social media as much as they used to prior to the wedding.
Sources claim that it's been 'very difficult' for the former Spice Girl to watch her son grow close to Nicola's family.
"I think it's very difficult for Victoria, coming from a tight-knit family, to see her son grow close to his in-laws," they said to new magazine.
"Like any mum, she worries she could be losing him, and I think she is determined to stay on Nicola's good side to ensure that doesn't happen."
According to the source, the duo haven't fallen out but realised over time that 'they don't really click' as 'they're different people'.
