The 75th Primetime Emmy Awards took place on Monday, January 15, with shows that won big on the night including Succession, The Last of Us, The Bear, and Beef.
The night was broadcast live from the Peacock Theatre in Los Angeles, California and was hosted by Anthony Anderson, best known for his role in Black-ish.
Shows like Succession, The Last of Us, and The White Lotus lead the nominations with 27, 24, and 23 nominations each, respectively. Succession came away as the big winners of the night having already won awards at the Golden Globes and Critics Choice Awards.
Sarah Snook, Kieran Culkin and Matthew Macfadyen all took home acting prizes for Succession, while the show also won best drama series overall - making it one of the biggest winners for 2024.
Creator Jesse Armstrong said it was "a great sadness to end the show, but it was a great pleasure to do it".

The American comedy-drama was one of the big winners the evening and originally was broadcast on US station HBO, running from 2018 to 2023.
The series centers on the Roy family, who are the owners of global media and entertainment group Waystar RoyCo, and follows their ongoing battle for control of the company when family health issues arise.

The acclaimed comedy-drama has taken the UK by storm for seasons one and two since premiering in Britain.
The show aired its second series in July 2023 and was met with a lot of love, starring Jeremy Allen White, Ayo Edebiri and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Carmy, Sydney and Richie.
The series follows the crew at The Original Beef of Chicagoland as they attempt to transform their grimy sandwich joint into a next-level spot, The Bear.
Both of the seasons are now available on streaming service Disney Plus.

This series follows the stories of two strangers who get into a road rage incident that brings chaos into their lives and was given a 98 per cent hit rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

There are two seasons, each made up of 13 episodes each and which "uncovers dark secrets and twisted truths of the guests and staff of a luxury resort are unveiled over the course of a week in this multi-award-winning drama".

An American mockumentary, this show follows the lives of a group of dedicated, passionate teachers who find themselves thrown together in a Philadelphia public school where they are determined to help their students succeed in life.
The show used to be available on Channel 4 but has since been removed, but fear not - UK lovers can catch up with the show on Disney Plus, Apple TV or can be purchased on Amazon Prime.
