Emmerdale viewers' latest fan theory predicts a shock pregnancy twist as Gabby suffered a mystery illness.
As viewers know Gabby and Nicky have been secretly seeing each other since he arrived at the Village. During tonight’s episode of the ITV hit soap Gabby was happy as their relationship was going in the right direction.
The pair were about to share an intimate moment however Gabby became unexpectedly ill and was hit with a wave of nausea.

She quickly ran away to the bathroom to be sick. Later on in the show Nicky found Gabby lying on the sofa in her dressing gown still feeling unwell.
He told Gabby to rest up as he wanted to look after her until she felt better. Viewers are now convinced that Gabby is pregnant and Nicky the nanny is the father.
