Emmerdale viewers issued a demand as ITV announced a major change for this week.
Fans traditionally tune in to episodes of the long-running soap each weekday at 7.30pm. However, the channel has confirmed this will change this week due to Britain's Got Talent.
Live episodes of the talent contest will air each night at 8pm this week. This means that Emmerdale has been moved to a slightly earlier time slot of 7pm.

The show announced the news on its official Instagram page. It said: "This week's schedule changes! Catch us at 7:00pm, Monday-Friday, all this week!"
Emmerdale usually airs an hour long episode every Thursday but this week it will only be 30 minutes long. Emmerdale previously aired at 7pm before ITV introduced a new schedule last year.
Fans flooded the comments and urged ITV to make this week's changes permanent as they preferred the old time slot.
Steve said: "Just like the good old days again!"
Paul added: "How it should be"
Celia commented: "You need to go back to these times. "
Stevie posted: "7pm was the best time for it to be on"
