Mack and Cain met up with Gavin and managed to get the businessman to pull out of the pub plans however their interference also made things even worse.
Gavin told Al that if he didn’t give him the cash back, he’d put himself and his family in serious danger.
With no other option, Al told Marlon and Chas they should consider putting the pub up for auction.
During tonight's episode things seems to have got intense with the Dingle family as Marlon confronted Cain and blamed him for everything going wrong claiming his family will now have huge struggles.
Things didn’t get better towards the night as Cain was feeling the guilt as he tried to make amends with Chas and Marlon however the pair were not ready to forgive him.
Chas went on to tell her brother: “You’ve gone too far this time. You’ve ruined us. I don’t want anything more to do with you. We’re done. As far as I’m concerned, you’re no longer part of this family”.
Viewers were left fuming at how Chas treated her own brother claiming she was being “selfish” and went straight to social media to share their opinions.
@KeithSimons9 Tweeted: “#Emmerdale Chas is a selfish little child who only needs family when she needs it . What a rubbish way to treat your brother”.
@oliviarose18xx said : “Don’t really get why Chas and Marlon are more angry with Cain than they are with Al ? Doesn’t make any sense that they’d side with him”.
While @chrissie8902 added: “Chas you are so selfish, first you want charity to bale you out, then you disown Cain for at least trying to help when it was your fault that Al bought into the pub in the first place! What goes around comes around!”
