Emmerdale viewers were confused by a blunder as Samson Dingle remained missing.
It has been a dramatic week of episodes as a devastating storm ripped through the fictional village. The epic stunt has been staged to mark the show's 50th birthday.
Show bosses have warned eight characters could be in danger of losing their lives in the show after the storm. Faith Dingle, Harriet Finch and Liv Dingle have all exited the show.

Samson has been missing since the devastating storm hit the village. Belle Dingle tried to contact him in last night's show, but his smashed phone was shown to be in a field.
His mum, Lydia Dingle, was concerned in tonight's show when she continued to be unable to locate him. She phoned the police to report Samson's disappearance before she went out into the woods with Nate Robinson and Belle to try and find her missing son.
They found his phone at the end of the episode, but fans following the show on Twitter were confused by how the phone had seemingly moved location from last night's programme.
Kelly said: "also, how has Sampson’s phone magically flown from a field to the woods"
Katie added: "Just watched yesterdays back, Samson’s phone was in a field under a stick.. and now it’s in the wood"
KC commented : "Amazing how Samson's phone in #emmerdale miraculously moved from the middle of a field to the woods since last nights episode"
Al posted: "So Samson’s phone was in a field yesterday and today it’s in the wood"
